I finally decided to start blogging "officially".. Open Kitchen Concept... because our new home has an open kitchen concept.. and because like Chef Gusteau in Ratatouille (the movie), I believe that "Anyone can cook", including me... and so, the kitchen is actually open to all who are interested...
