Feeling under the weather

I've been feeling a little unwell recently.

Okay, maybe more than a little. It's been a while since I've been subject to the attack of such a strong flu virus.

I've been literally knocked out for the last 2 days - doing nothing much but sleeping. And I can't taste anything.. which is bad because.. well, everyone knows how much I like my food.

Since I couldn't taste much, I wanted to make my breakfast today look pretty. At least then I feel good eating it. So I decided to stack some yoghurt, granola, sliced almonds and dried strawberry slices into a pretty little glass with some golden honey at the bottom.

And you know what? Having a pretty looking breakfast did brighten up my day!

  7. OKC,
Ginger is useful in treating flu! My mum use to boil grated ginger(1 inch of size) with half cup of water . It have to be boil until left to half. Then we will drink ! It really make us feel better when having flu. A bit spicy taste.....
