These portulacas are not just easy to propagate. They are really pretty and cheerful looking too.
Sky just bought another pot from World Farm with frilly orange-yellow flowers. Well, this means I have to go to World Farm over the weekend to get a pot too!
I had this joke with my partner and a friend.
ReplyDeleteMy partner was saying that he'd rather grow bean sprouts because they're easy to grow.
My friend and I were saying that to grow good, fat and crunchy bean sprouts take skill and some trial and error. The portulacas just plonk them down and they're so happy. =D
I LOVE the variegated one I just bought. I just hope Ah Guan don't scold me, because apparently these were meant to be 'secret.' Lol.

Yup, these are so sunny and they're almost dummy proof. Only thing is they need lots of sunshine and you have to keep transplanting them when they start to age.
